AT&T Selling Off Broadband Subscribers

Tagged:
AT&T's Broadband division is not doing so hot these days. With a staggering $46 billion of debt (almost equal to my credit card debt), they are being forced to sell off chunks of their cable network state by state. Mediacom Communications Corp. (MCCC.O) will shell out $2.2 billion for Georgia, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. Being a Georgia resident I do hope this will infuse some life into the expansion of cable internet services in Georgia, particularly into my neighborhood. Re: AT&T Selling Off Broadband Subscribers

man, cool post, interesting to note that the big boys are that much in debt, i just wish my cable company would offer some form of customer service. this is no lie, NO ONE BOTHERS TO ANSWER THE PHONE, even on the numbers they advertise on the TV guide channel for new services. i know service sucks these days, and cable companies lead the sucking, but literally i have called time and time again and cannot reach a person. oh, btw, its ADELPHIA, dont ever use them, service sucks!
