Ah crap, now we have to worry about global DIMMING

Well, it seems that there are a few studies out there purporting something called Global Dimming. This is possibly another by-product of air pollution. It seems that the amount of solar radiation hitting the earth's surface is decreasing by about 3% per decade since 1950. Just another item for my worry list I guess.   The Guardian article

I think we will have to "Futurama" thing -- "Its a good thing global warming never happened." "It did, but nuclear winter cancelled it out."
