Screaming Penguin

Recently heard an interview with Jeff Chester from the Center for Digital Democracy on the SciAm Podcast (Episode 17: May 31, 2006. I am not sure I agree with all the outcry over the whole "net neutrality" thing (I still think any ISP or phone company, or even app provider, that participates in that crap would just be killing their own business) but I will say that if Congress is involved and trying to legislate things *in either direction* then the actual people that use and know something about technology and the Internet do need to be as vocal as possible.
