Pretty funny observation, if Bush has Beatles music on his iPod as has been stated then he has illegal content based on the fact there are no Beatles tunes on the iTunes music store and the RIAA has previously asserted that ripping them yourself is illegal. GW Bush's iPod contains "illegal" (according to RIAA) music In this case we have to defend Bush though, its the RIAA of course that is acting speciously and trying to pull illegal crap (ripping is not fair use, sure), not the President (note in THIS case ;)).
