Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Brought to you by Al Gore current.tv is scheduled to be on the air next Monday (not sure exactly which networks, NPR said Monday, see the site).

Its supposed to be a new style network where they solicit video, people online decide whats good and whats not, and then the submitted videos end up on cable TV (and the submitter gets paid for what gets used).

Interesting concept, I think if they have their own regular content which is decent AND get some decent input, it might just work.
