There are various current "Atomic" clocks and wristwatches available but none are actually atomic. What they are is receivers that get their time FROM real atomic clock(s) such as the US Naval Observatory Master Clock. Well very soon you will actually be able to wear cesium on your wrist and as the atoms vibrate at "almost 9.2 billion times a second" you can measure that steady pulse with a laser and deduce from that the time as it elapses. Huh, huh, cool.
See this CNN article for more details.
