Larry Ellison jibing for the Americas Cup

Oracle CEO Larry Ellison is gearing up for the Americas Cup. He is planning on racing a slick new boat in the Oracle BMW Racing Team in the upcoming cup. The boat costs 90 million and most of that is "coming out of my own pocket" as Larry puts it. (Most but not all, "Thank God" he says.)

Larry has a few other yachts too and lives in one right now in Auckland. He still works 5 hours a day on Oracle stuff, so he says. Nice life, but I guess in this case this is the American dream come true, hard work, big payoff.
